Stiff (Questions 3 of 6)

How does Mary Roach's tone appeal to her readers & to those who wouldn't usually read a non-ficiton text?

If you were a surgeon how you would cope with the vulgar scents & sights faced during work?

PS: Happy Birthday Arturo Medina, 17!

  1. 1. Mary Roach appeals to me by making her text humorous, interesting, and gross. She uses so much detail to describe as if I'm there.
2.If I were a surgeon I would deal with the vulgar scents and sights faced during work by not letting anything distract me and try not to be disgusted. Also by taking my time and being careful. :D

  2. 1. her tone is interests me. she appeals to the reader by approaching situations the why we might. shes nd of sarcastic and very descriptive in her writing.
2.if i were a surgeon i wouldnt have a problem dealing with the sights of being one. my main scare would be trying not to mess something up resulting n a fatal surger. i would get past this by just doing what i know is right and going by the book to make sure i get the desired results.
